Non Executive Director adds new dimension to Perspective Risk

The Directors of Perspective Risk Ltd are delighted to announce the appointment of Oscar O’Connor as a Non Executive Director of the company.

Industry Experience

Oscar brings a wealth of experience in business leadership, marketing and service development as well as being a recognised expert on information assurance, business continuity, cyber security and programme management, designing, mobilising and managing major programmes of transformational change.

He has worked across Europe, the Middle-East, North Africa and the United States, often leading large teams of experienced and expert professionals from many countries and cultural backgrounds, forming these teams consistently into collaborative and highly effective units.

Oscar has delivered successful results to clients in central and local government and in more than a dozen industry sectors including investment banking, retail banking, insurance, SaaS, management consultancy, manufacturing, fast-moving consumer goods, telecommunications, cyber security, news media, publishing, education, retail, law enforcement and national security.

Oscar is active in the UK’s Information Assurance Advisory Council (http://www.iaac.org.uk) and Head of Assessment for the Cyber Security Challenge UK (http://www.cybersecuritychallenge.org.uk) through which avenues he helps to attract new, young talent into this exciting industry.

Oscar is a Fellow of the British Computer Society (http://www.bcs.org), Chartered Engineer (http://www.engc.org.uk), Chartered Information Technology Professional, CSG Certified Practitioner, Member of the Business Continuity Institute (http://www.thebci.org) and Fellow of the RSA (http://www.thersa.org).
